My new Strong Stride Combo workout is a great workout to do if you are on vacation or anywhere where you do not have access to a gym, there is no equipment needed. It consists of 5 combination moves that work multiple muscles at one time, giving you a great workout in a short amount of time. The goal is to repeat this workout 5 times, but do as many as you can. If you can only do 2-3 that is awesome. If you keep doing this workout you will work your way up to 5 sets before you know it!
